Coloration of woven glass fabric using biosynthesized silver nanoparticles from Fraxinus excelsior tree flower

A sustainable, fast, feasible, and controlled approach is reported for the synthesis of silver nanoparticle (AgNP). The extract from natural ash plant (Fraxinus excelsior) flower was used as bio-based reducing stabilizing agent to synthesize AgNPs AgNO3 precursor. quantitative analysis AgNP performed by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (iCP-OES) solid liquid samples, respectively. XRF untreated treated glass fabrics were 0, 379 ± 16, 630 19 PPM, respectively; whereas iCP OES provided results 240, 830 mg/L presence on solutions. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) exhibited uniform clear distributions surface. SEM-deployed energy-disruptive (EDX) elemental mapping also reflects surface glass. Both subjected Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis. luminescent features further investigated assess color properties. substrates bright brilliant appearances after treating with AgNPs. Overall, this method would be a benchmark create new routes ecofriendly materials coloration woven fabrics.
